The VFW is a dynamic United States combat veterans organization that serves, advocates and fosters camaraderie for ALL veterans, service members, their families and our community. The VFW harnesses its recognized authority, experience and resources to deliver comprehensive financial, educational, health and well-being programs and services at every stage of the veteran’s military and civilian life.
Our programs support our service members while they are on the front line, as they are being discharged and long after they return. Your tax-deductible donation will be immediately directed to the VFW programs where your support is most urgently needed.
Honoring the Fallen
The GOLDSTARS Tribute Wall will be in Mineola August 6-9, 2021. The Wall honors our fallen heroes from the Gulf War, Iraq War and the Afghanistan War. The Wall Display will be located in downtown Mineola on West Commerce Street near the Veterans Memorial and Gazebo area. The schedule for the Display is:Friday, August, 6, 7 - 9 pm
